Fund Raiser Payments

NO CASH will be accepted for fundraisers. The Freedom Band and Orchestra Parents' Organization requests that if possible, one check for the total amount should be submitted when you place your order. Have your individual customers make checks payable to you. Please include the student's name and class year on the check so those funds may be credited to the correct account.

Please do not combine fundraisers into one check. Please write a separate check for each fund raiser, even though they may be due on the same date.

Due to an increase by the bank, any returned check will be charged $35. This must be paid in cash or it will be deducted from your child's student account.

Giant is now accepting their gift cards directly at the gas station.

We are offering gift cards/certificates for the following stores in the following dominations:

ShopRite - Denominations are $25.00 and $50.00.

Giant - $25.00, 50.00 & 100.00 - other denominations must be ordered in advance. Giant gift cards can be used at Stop n Shop. You can purchase other store gift cards, U.S. postage stamps, prescriptions, Hershey Park tickets and gas vouchers at Giant using your gift cards. Giant gas station on Easton Avenue is now open. Giant has added more gift cards from other stores....

Weis - $25.00 & $50.00 - other denominations must be ordered in advance. Weis gift cards can be used at Kings & Mr. Z's. You can purchase U.S. postage stamps and Dorney Park tickets using your gift cards. Weis Markets is now selling gift cards to other stores. Effective immediately Valley switched over to gift cards. New increments are $25.00 & $50.00. They will honor all gift certificates that already have been purchased.

Valley Farms - $5.00, $10.00 & $20.00 - Effective November, Valley Farms changed from gift certificates to gift cards. Increments will be as follows $15.00, $25.00 & $50.00. They will honor gift certificates that already have been purchased.

Elias - $10.00 & $20.00 Elias will be switching over to gift cards instead of the certificates.

5% of your total gift card order will go directly into your student's account. Call me at 610-419-4030 to arrange pick up of gift cards/certificates. Gift cards/certificates will be available at all monthly meetings.
